If you have subscribed to our software subscription, you accept that you are willing to pay the recurring cost of the software subscription, which will be auto-debited from your payment bank based on your subscription plan and policies. In such a case, if you wish to cancel your current subscription, you can cancel by going to my account section and cancel your current subscription. You can also reach out to our customer support via website live chat, ticket support portal, contacting your account manager, or by dropping an email from your Sendwo-registered email id to talk@sendwo.com requesting subscription cancellation.
We offer a one-day trial period for Sendwo on its bulk WhatsApp sender panel and a free forever plan on the WhatsApp API panel for our users to test our system before they plan to upgrade to paid plans. We strongly encourage all customers and users to take full advantage of this trial/free plan to assess the software’s features and functionality.
Once a customer has completed the one-day trial or free plan based on the panel they choose and decides to upgrade to a paid version of Sendwo, they are no longer eligible for any refunds. By upgrading after the trial, customers acknowledge that they have thoroughly tested the application and are satisfied with its performance.
After the completion of the trial and the decision to upgrade, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

Also, no refunds are given if you have purchased any promotional offer subscription of Sendwo, like a lifetime deal or festive coupon codes.
Talk to us, and we will help with the upgrade or downgrade, but a refund is not allowed. We can cancel your future subscription from auto debit if the customer is willing to discontinue. Drop a mail to us from your Sendwo-registered email id on talk@sendwo.com to request account removal and subscription cancellation.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within a 5-7 working-day timeframe. The refund will be issued through the original payment method used for the purchase.
Sendwo reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying customers through email or other communication channels.
