Affiliate Terms Of Use

As an approved affiliate (“Affiliate”) of Sendwo, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this Affiliate Agreement (“Agreement”). Please read this document carefully before enrolling in or promoting Sendwo’s Affiliate Program.

Your participation in the Program authorizes you to promote Sendwo lawfully and earn commissions on valid subscriptions or purchases made by users who sign up through your referral links or personal promotions.

By registering for the Sendwo Affiliate Program (“Program”), you acknowledge and accept this Agreement and all its terms and conditions.

1. Approval or Rejection of Applications

Sendwo reserves the right to approve or deny any Affiliate application at its sole discretion. Approval is not guaranteed, and you will have no legal recourse if your application is rejected.

2. Commissions and Payments

Commissions are processed once per month.
Referred accounts must remain active for at least 31 days before commissions become payable.
Self-referrals are not permitted; you cannot earn commissions on your own accounts or transactions.
Payments are issued only for successfully completed transactions. Orders that result in chargebacks, refunds, or cancellations will not qualify for commissions.

3. Termination

Your participation in the Sendwo Affiliate Program may be suspended or terminated at any time for any of the following reasons:

Use of misleading or false advertising (e.g., deceptive claims, inaccurate pricing, or misdirected links).
Spamming through emails, social media, or newsgroups.
Promotion of Sendwo on websites containing illegal or inappropriate content.
Failure to disclose your affiliate relationship where required under FTC or applicable local advertising regulations.
Violation of Sendwo’s intellectual property (trademark or brand misuse).
Promising or offering rebates, cashback, or commissions as incentives for signups.
Engaging in fraudulent or self-generated referrals.

Sendwo reserves the right to terminate your account immediately for any breach or for any reason it deems appropriate, with or without prior notice.

4. Affiliate Links and Promotion

You may use Sendwo-approved text and banner links on your website, in emails, or in online/offline advertisements.
If you choose to design your own promotional materials, they must be accurate, appropriate, and comply with this Agreement’s guidelines. Any misleading, offensive, or non-compliant creatives may result in account suspension.

5. Coupon and Deal Promotion Policy

Sendwo occasionally provides exclusive coupon codes to specific affiliates or newsletter subscribers.
Unless you are pre-approved or assigned a coupon, you may not advertise any coupon or discount.

Additional conditions:

Do not use misleading text or graphics suggesting unauthorized coupons or deals.
Do not bid on keywords such as “Sendwo coupons” or “Sendwo discounts.”
Do not use pop-ups, pop-unders, iframes, or hidden cookies to trigger affiliate links.
Visitors must see valid coupon details before any affiliate cookie is placed.
Avoid using text such as “Click to see deal” when no actual coupon exists.

Violating these rules will result in immediate removal from the program.

6. Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising Policy

PPC bidding on Sendwo-related keywords is strictly prohibited unless you have received written permission from the Sendwo affiliate management team.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sendwo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, commissions, or data, resulting from program tracking issues, system errors, or unauthorized access.

No guarantees are made regarding the uninterrupted operation of the Affiliate Program or Sendwo’s websites. Sendwo disclaims all express or implied warranties related to the Program.

8. Term and Modification

This Agreement becomes effective upon your acceptance into the Program and remains valid until your account is terminated.

Sendwo reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Continued participation after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with any changes, your sole option is to discontinue your participation.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sendwo, its partners, affiliates, employees, and successors from any claims, losses, or liabilities (including legal fees) resulting from:

Misrepresentation or violation of this Agreement, or
Any act of negligence, misconduct, or non-compliance on your part.

10. Electronic Acceptance

By completing the Sendwo Affiliate Program registration process, you provide your electronic signature confirming that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. This electronic consent holds the same legal weight as a handwritten signature.
