WhatsApp forms
Let customers share their requirements in a native WhatsApp form. Get the details your team needs to take the next step.

A new WhatsApp conversation rarely tells you what a buyer wants. With Sendwo, customers can complete a short form inside the chat, sharing their budget, preferences or booking requirements together. Your next reply can start with their actual needs.

Click-to-WhatsApp lead generation
Your ad brings someone into WhatsApp. A short form helps them explain why they came, before your sales team picks up the conversation.
WhatsApp form builder
Build a form around the decision your team needs to make. Use clear choices for quick answers and text fields when customers need room to explain.

From submission to next step
Decide what happens after a customer submits. Acknowledge their request, save the answers and connect the information to the tools your team uses.
Your team can continue the customer conversation in the Shared Inbox.

Your questions, answered
A few things to know before you build your first form.
A WhatsApp form is a structured form experience powered by WhatsApp Flows. Customers open it within a WhatsApp conversation, answer your questions and submit their details without visiting an external website. Sendwo helps you build the form and connect its submission to your workflow.
Yes. Your ad opens a WhatsApp conversation, and your configured chatbot journey can offer the form. Use it to collect requirements such as location, budget or service interest before your team follows up. The form is part of the chat journey, rather than the ad itself.
A chatbot collects answers through a conversation. A native WhatsApp form groups questions into structured screens. You can use both together: let the chatbot understand the enquiry, then offer a form when several details are needed.
You can add text fields, text areas, dropdowns, radio groups, checkbox groups and date fields, as well as headings and a submit button. Choose the field types and screen structure that fit your enquiry.
You can configure Google Sheets to receive form submissions. You can also configure an HTTP API to send the answers to an external system. A CRM connection requires a compatible API and the appropriate field mapping; it is not automatic for every CRM.
Yes. Choose the reply sent after form submission in the form settings. Use it to acknowledge the enquiry and explain what will happen next.
Forms can collect appointment preferences and travel requirements. Confirming a live time slot, taking payment or issuing a ticket requires the relevant connected system and workflow. Submitting an enquiry alone does not confirm a booking.
You need a Sendwo account and a connected WhatsApp Business Platform number. Form availability and publishing depend on your account setup and applicable WhatsApp requirements. Check current plans for access details. Applicable Meta messaging charges are separate from the Sendwo subscription.
