An organized customer database

Less searching. More useful conversations.

Know where a contact came from, what information you have, and who should handle the next step.

Build relevant audiences

Use labels, lists and saved customer details to prepare groups for offers, reminders and follow-up.

Keep customer context close

Bring profile details, engagement information and internal notes into the subscriber workspace.

Make handoffs clearer

Assign a team member and manage available bot and AI reply controls from the contact record.

Five channels, one workspace

Switch the channel. Keep your workflow.

Open a channel from the Subscriber Manager menu or change the channel filter in the subscriber view. Choose the connected account you want to work with, then review that audience and its available details.

Web Chat

The view shows Total Subscribers, Subscribed and In Sequences for the selected channel context. Available profile fields and actions vary by channel; contacts are not automatically merged into one identity across platforms.

Find and organize

Reach the group you actually mean.

Start with the channel and connected account. Narrow the list by labels, lists, sequences or subscription status, then search by the name, number or email available on the record.

  • Sort contacts by latest or oldest to review the right records first.
  • Select multiple subscribers to assign a label, add or remove a list membership, or assign a sequence.
  • Create a New Year label for the audience you want to organize around that offer.

Manage labels on an individual profile when one person needs a different segment. Bulk changes apply to the contacts you select.

Subscription status

See who has opted out. Keep that decision visible.

Filter unsubscribed contacts to understand which part of your audience has opted out. Subscription status is separate from the labels you use for segmentation.

Subscribed audience

Review the contacts still subscribed in the selected channel. Prepare relevant campaign audiences using the filters and consent information available to your team.

Unsubscribed audience

Find opted-out records with the status filter. Configure your unsubscribe flow, then review the resulting status and exclude opted-out contacts from promotional audiences.

A label or list membership does not restore permission to message someone. Keep subscription status in view when preparing campaigns and sequences.

One subscriber, complete context

Open the record. Understand the next step.

Use the briefcase icon beside a subscriber to open Subscriber Actions. The overview keeps identity and engagement details beside the controls your team needs.

  • Review phone or channel ID, subscriber ID, profile name and email when captured.
  • Check last outgoing message, last communication and subscription date where available.
  • Assign a team member and manage labels, lists and sequence membership.

Available quick actions include unsubscribe, reset User Input Flow, reset appointment, clear chat history, and bot or AI reply controls. Use resets and history clearing only when that change is intended.

Details your team can use

Keep the reason behind every follow-up.

Store useful customer information alongside the subscriber. Use custom fields for structured values, such as an address or product requirement, and internal notes for the context your team should retain.

  • Review saved Input Flow information without searching through every conversation.
  • See or manage relevant sequence assignments and connected subscriber context.
  • Keep internal notes for team coordination; they are separate from customer messages.

Use the subscriber export option when your team needs to work with the contact data outside Sendwo. Check the chosen account and export scope before downloading.

Add a subscriber

Create an individual subscriber when you need to add a contact manually, then organize the record with the appropriate details.

Contact management FAQs

Which channels does Contact Management support?
Manage subscribers from WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, Telegram and Web Chat. Select the channel and its connected account to review the relevant audience. Available identity fields and actions vary by platform.
Can I filter contacts across multiple accounts?
Yes. Choose a channel, then select the connected account you want to work with. Narrow the results with available label, list, sequence and status filters, or search by name, number or email.
What is the difference between labels, lists and subscription status?
Labels describe segments such as product interest or a New Year audience. Lists group contacts for your organizational needs. Subscription status records whether a subscriber is subscribed or unsubscribed; a label does not replace that status.
Can I update several subscribers together?
Yes. Select the contacts you want to change and use the available Bulk Actions menu to assign a label, add to a list, remove from a list or assign a sequence. Individual subscriber actions remain available from the briefcase icon.
What can I manage in Subscriber Actions?
Review identity and engagement information, assign a team member, manage labels, lists and sequences, review Input Flow data, and edit custom fields or notes. Available quick actions include bot and AI reply controls, unsubscribe, reset actions and chat-history clearing.
Can I import, export or manually add contacts?
Yes. The Export / Import menu includes Export all as CSV, Import from CSV and Add a Subscriber. Review the account, supported fields and permission to contact when bringing in an existing list.
How does contact data help with campaigns and ecommerce?
Use the information you have captured to prepare relevant broadcast audiences, reminder sequences, lead nurturing and store-related follow-ups. Messaging and behavior-based rules are configured in the connected campaign or workflow, with channel and plan availability applying.
Can I start for free?
Yes. Start with Sendwo’s free plan, then choose the plan that fits your contact, team and workflow needs. Applicable WhatsApp messaging charges are separate and paid to Meta.
