Refund And Cancellation Policy

Welcome to Sendwo, a WhatsApp marketing automation and chatbot solution. We value your trust and are committed to transparent billing practices. This policy explains how cancellations, renewals, and refunds are handled for all Sendwo users.

By subscribing to any paid plan, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Subscription & Auto-Renewal

All Sendwo paid plans operate on a recurring subscription basis (monthly or annual). By subscribing, you authorize Sendwo to automatically debit the applicable subscription fee from your selected payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle.

Invoices or payment confirmations are sent to your registered email address after each successful transaction.

It is the user’s responsibility to manage their subscription and cancel before the next billing cycle if they do not wish to continue. You can cancel your subscription by going to this link.


2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time directly from your Sendwo dashboard:

  • Navigate to the Control Panel
  • Click the cancellation option in the left sidebar
  • Complete the cancellation process

Their is no alternative way of cancelling your subscription.

Important:

  • Cancellation requests are only accepted through the dashboard cancellation method.
  • Cancellation requests sent via email will not be considered valid subscription cancellations.
  • Once cancelled, you will receive an email acknowledgment confirming that future auto-debits have been stopped.
  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for unused time within an active billing period.

3. Trial Period & Free Plans

Sendwo offers:

  • A Free Forever plan on the WhatsApp API Panel

We strongly encourage all users to fully evaluate Sendwo during the trial or free plan before upgrading. We also offer free demo so make sure to take a demo before you plan to choose a paid plan with us.

By upgrading to a paid plan after using the free plan, you acknowledge that:

  • You have tested the software
  • You understand its features and functionality
  • You are satisfied with its performance

Once upgraded, standard refund restrictions apply as described below.


4. Refund Policy (General Rule)

Sendwo follows a strict no-refund policy once a subscription payment has been successfully processed.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after upgrading
  • Dissatisfaction with features or performance
  • Incompatibility with your business model or requirements
  • Lack of technical knowledge or difficulty using features
  • Meta or WhatsApp account bans due to compliance violations
  • Forgetting to cancel before renewal
  • No longer needing the service
  • Issues caused by third-party platforms (including Meta policies)
  • Promotional subscriptions (lifetime deals, festive coupons, discounted offers)
  • Monthly or annual subscription payments
  • Auto-renewal charges where cancellation was not completed before billing

We strongly advise users to evaluate Sendwo thoroughly before upgrading.


5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Subscription plan fees (monthly or annual)
  • Renewal payments
  • WhatsApp API conversation charges or Meta-related charges (where applicable)
  • Add-ons or feature upgrades
  • Third-party integration costs
  • Setup fees
  • Onboarding or verification assistance
  • Chatbot development services
  • Template creation services
  • Number migration support
  • Custom development or consulting services
  • Fully managed services.

6. Limited Refund Exceptions (Billing Errors Only)

Although Sendwo follows a no-refund policy, refunds may be considered only in rare and exceptional circumstances, such as:

  1. Duplicate or double charge due to a system error
  2. Incorrect billing amount due to a technical error
  3. Verified unauthorized or fraudulent transaction (subject to internal investigation).

All refund requests under these categories must be reported within 7 days of the transaction.

If approved after verification, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Sendwo reserves the full discretion to determine refund eligibility under these limited exceptions.


7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, you must contact our support team at talk@sendwo.com before filing a chargeback or dispute with your bank.

Filing a chargeback without prior communication may result in:

  • Temporary suspension of your Sendwo account
  • Investigation of your billing history
  • Permanent service restriction in cases of misuse

We are committed to resolving genuine billing concerns promptly.


8. Modifications to This Policy

Sendwo reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting on our website.

Continued use of the service after policy updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
