No. This program is a service-only retainer. Your Sendwo subscription, WhatsApp API usage, Meta charges, and any other 3rd-party platform fees are billed separately by those providers.
(?) Do you only focus on WhatsApp, or will you manage other channels too?
WhatsApp is the primary focus of this program, because that’s where most of the revenue and engagement sits. However, we can also manage Instagram, Facebook Messenger, Telegram and Webchat as add-on services, using Sendwo as your central hub.

After your discovery call, we’ll complete a structured onboarding: understand your offers and funnels, review your current setup, map journeys, and then design your initial bots, flows, campaigns, templates and integrations. You’ll see a clear 30–60–90 day rollout plan.
(?) Do we need internal technical resources to work with you?
No. Your marketing or growth lead will be our main point of contact. We handle the technical setup inside Sendwo, integrations, templates, and flows. If we need anything from your IT team (for example an API key or domain change), we’ll send clear, simple requests.
(?) How do you help with account bans and compliance?
We’ll monitor your sender reputation, review templates for compliance, and guide your content strategy to reduce risk. If a ban occurs, we support you with documentation, appeal guidance, and recovery steps — plus recommendations to avoid repeat incidents.
(?) Can we start with WhatsApp only and add other channels later?
Absolutely. Most clients start with WhatsApp as the core and then add Instagram, Facebook Messenger, Telegram or Webchat once the core engine is working and profitable. We’ll help you pick the right timing for expansion.
