SendWo has two panels: The WhatsApp API panel, which uses the official API of WhatsApp. You can connect a number to the API and use enterprise-level marketing on WhatsApp, or even connect your WhatsApp business app [ Linked to your business manager of facebook ] to connect to the API for marketing. But, in order to reduce the cost of WhatsApp marketing or perform quick broadcasting, you can also use the Bulk sender panel of SendWo, which uses our privately built WhatsApp API for marketing on WhatsApp.
(?) Is there a setup fee for using the WhatsApp API?
There is no setup fee associated with using the WhatsApp API with SendWo. You can use the embedded signup form by clicking on Connect WhatsApp inside the SendWo dashboard and completing the setup. In case you need any help with Setup, contact us.
(?) What does WhatsApp conversational-based pricing mean if WhatsApp is free?
While regular WhatsApp usage is free, businesses using WhatsApp Business API to grow their business will incur charges for sending customer messages. Make sure you are registered on both the SendWo Panel and have the same email ID on both the panel.
